biography

Gerald Farinas was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and is a proud graduate of Moanalua High School. Having attended Loyola University Chicago, Gerry became a community organizer and political consultant. He was advisor in the historic U.S. Senate campaign between Barack Obama and Alan Keyes. Gerry now uses those public relations and marketing talents as a promoter of local small businesses. He is also an advocate of various social issues like hunger, LGBT civil rights and elder care. Gerry was a failed candidate for alderman in the Chicago City Council.

Gerry is concurrently a social services professional in an Evanston, Illinois CCRC.
